Returns

If for any reason you need to return this merchandise, please send it to us within 30 days and we will refund the price of the merchandise; shipping is not refundable. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork received with your order. On the back of the receipt, simply fill out the reason for your return. Mail your return to:

Non-returnable items include: Textbooks (after the second week from the beginning of each Missouri S&T Fall and Winter semester and after the first week of the Missouri S&T Summer semester) and customized course packets. Size exchanges on clothing cannot be made after the garment has been washed.

Original plastic packaging wrap must be intact to receive a refund: computer software and printer accessories/supplies, music CDs/cassettes, video games, videotapes and DVDs.
